Senior to Student Housing - major renovations

This 472 unit project went from a class C to a class B type property. Great experience with a very different type of demographic from which I am not used to. We were able to increase the occupancy from 86% to 98% occuppied while reducing incentives and increasing market rents by more than 10%. The criminal activity has drastically reduced after adding more lighting throughout the community and triming the landscaping to increase visability.
